Why diagnostics happen in the workshop, not from a photo

A photo of a warning light or a voice note helps the workshop understand the complaint. That is not a diagnosis.

On modern Mercedes-Benz cars, faults are read from the vehicle systems with workshop equipment. The same symptom can be a sensor, wiring, coding, or a mechanical part.

So: send photos if you want, then book an inspection. We will not confirm a fault or a price from a message alone.
